Project 2025 Authors and Donald Trump Lies Again

Donald Trump has typically lied that he does not know who is behind the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025. He wrote to his “Truth Social” website, "I know nothing about Project 2025. I have not seen it, have no idea who is in charge of it, and, unlike our very well received Republican Platform, had nothing to do with it."

Trump's April 21, 2022 keynote address at Heritage Foundation’s annual leadership conference contained the quoted text. The video has been posted by multiple news groups including Matt Gertz on Media Matters, published 07/08/24. “This is a great group, and they’re going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do and what your movement will do when the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America.”

I have listed the authors of each of the Project 2025 chapters following the title of the chapter. I next list their Trump associations. All the cited appointments listed are Trump associated unless otherwise specified.  There were 32 of the authors with direct links to Donald Trump, and only 9 without any I could confirm.

I consulted many on-line sources, and news companies. Wikipedia, and the far-right Heritage Foundation itself were particularly useful.
